today just has not been my day - I have had more health issues today then I've ever had at one time.
It seems like I have been sick all semester and I went to the doctor for the millionth time today only to find out that I may have a sinus infection, asthma or both. I have to go see a specialist to find out for sure what is wrong with me (or at least what is wrong with my sad sad respiratory system). FML. Also I just found out that a test I had done over spring break yielded some pre-cancerous cells that i need to have removed or treated or something awful. I also have an uber-painful stress stomach ache. and my throat hurts. and I cannot breathe. and I could go on... but instead I'm wasting away my life in the law library (standard) trying to understand civil procedure (even more standard).
After spending the entirety of last weekend in here I'm really looking forward to the up-coming 3 day weekend and a trip home! I love home.
now time to get to work. civ pro, property, memo: GO!

girl's night
went to Brian's Pourhouse last night with Jessica and Lora for a much needed girls night.
Walked in and sat down to Kerry coming over to let us know that some random man at the bar was buying our first round of drinks.
Later Lora saw someone she knew and assumed he had bought our drinks, wanting to thank him she asked him "were you the gentleman who bought us our first round?" his reply: "no, but I've got your 2nd" haha.
Free drinks, plus: spinach salad and some mushroom, filo, goat cheesy wonderful dinner. I love Brian's & girl's night.

This last weekend I went home to White Salmon/Hood River. It made my heart happy.
After breakfast yesterday Ken told me that he had déjà vu while eating. He told me that his mom says that when you get déjà vu it means that you're on the right track - you're where you're supposed to be [in life]. I like that theory. I've been thinking about it today. The last time I got déjà vu was in the law library. I guess that means that I was supposed to be - and maybe I'm supposed to be in law school (thinking this makes me feel better about life). I also guess it means that he was supposed to be eating breakfast with my fam. haha. I had a really fabulous weekend.
anyway, now this week will be full of homework and getting good things done. Vegas in less than two weeks. I'm almost half way done with my 2nd semester of law school. Crazy times.
