law school prom tonight!! I'm thinking fake eyelashes... U Vil MAC, I'll see you later!
also today seems like a good day to write (creatively; because I want to, not because I have to). Even though it's almost finals crunch (maybe it already is a little) and I should outline and work on memo 3 all day. Stupid law school ruining my dreams... or something...
& I'm loving my old laptop with my old 5K songs on iTunes, up and bumping! I've missed it!

rogue
last night cam em and I went to the rogue wave concert at neumos. it was a great show. and I swear to you the music brought the alki bonfire smell from the earlier law school bonfire/bbq to the surface. I kept getting whiffs of bonfire and then realized it was me. hum.

woah
hey friends, sorry for the hiatus!
I've been busy busy with my first year of law school quickly coming to an end and this deathly sickness that I just can't seem to shake! I went back to the homeland for Easter weekend (thanks private, catholic school for giving us good friday off) and was able to not only get my hair cut, but also see my normal doctor! She gave me a whole bunch of medicine including some death antibiotics that I will never again be taking (because despite my belief that I am allergic to them, she gave them to me anyway and they made me seriously sick). Needless to say none of that is really working. Though I do have my voice back (mostly), I got so SO sick this week. Fever and literally everything that could go wrong did. Sinuses, ears, tum, back, whole body aches, etc. Luckily I have good friends (Ken for texting me and keeping me company, Leslie for bringing me some gingy-ale and soup and love, and katie for bringing pho and hanging out with me and taking me to get a cupcake! Other ppl to, of course)!! thanks lovelies! Anyway, I felt good enough to go to class today, which was a real victory! Ha. Now I am in the process of trying to sublet my apartment to this visiting SU law professor and his wife. They want me to leave my furniture which works out really well for me, unless they are crazy sex maniacs, or unless they are filthy. So crossing my fingers this works out because I need to get out of this place STAT!
anyway... hopefully going to rogue wave tomorrow night at neumos with some friends, volunteering tomorrow morning, law school kids at alki tomorrow, trevor's birthday tonight and law school prom next weekend! I still need to find a dress and a date... blah!
