titles and things

I have some exciting news for everyone: it's official, I have a "boyfriend" haha.

On Saturday morning we went to Mae's Cafe on Phinney Ridge for breakfast. I have been craving french toast for like 3 months now, so I decided to be fat kid status and get the cinnamon roll french toast which was SUPER delish. What a great day/morning with a wonderful boy.

Also, we decided to spend the evening with our friends Ben and Kate. We went to the Kort Haus for a beer (or two) then went to El Chupacabra for tacos and tecates and some suprise tequila shots (thanks Kate) that ended our night. Then we walked home and passed outttt. Fabulous weekend ♥

Jensen Wedding

Yesterday two of my fabulous friends got married. I don't want to take all the credit for getting them together, mostly because Heather helped too... but I'm very happy for them! Congratulations to Jonathan and Jessie Jensen! Here are a few pictures from the wedding which was at the Waucoma Club in Hood River. After the wedding we partied the night away, even though my hot date ("+1") had to leave because he was flying to Virginia early the next morning for work! It was a fabulous day in Hood River (1-15-11).

Dustin and I (with my NYE repeat outfit, so cute I had to wear it twice)
Beth and I after the wedding - her fake "jegar bomb"

We got asked to interrupt their dance :) really special moments

excited

Today I'm going back to Hood River because Jonathan and Jessie are getting married tomorrow!! Yay!! I'm bringing Dustin as my hot date and he booked rooms downtown for Friday and Sat night so I don't have to drink and drive and things (thats never good or ok). But unfortunately he just found out that he has to fly out of SeaTac at like 6am Sunday morning for work (booo work) so I guess that means that Heather and I will be having a cuddly, post-Jack's sleepover on Sat night downtown! I'm totally bummed he has to leave, but exited for the weekend in general! Yay!

On another note, the doctors think they finally know what's wrong with me (update: severe side/lung pain = Rebeka in the Emergency room on Tuesday night after my mom basically told me I was going to die from a pulmonary embolism (which I do not have) and the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, even after blood work, an EKG, a pregnancy test (WTF?), and chest X-Rays, oh and lots of that's what she said jokes). The doctor I went to yesterday thinks that I have costochondritis or something, which is basically inflammation of the tissue that is in between my ribs. But hopefully things like anti-inflammatories and warm, moist compresses will make it feel better until I heal. Yay!

more than half

School started again today and I was so so sad to say goodbye to winter break. It was super amazing (lots of time with my favorite people and no homework, what could be better?). One of the best winter breaks I've ever had. But today when I was in class I felt like I'd never left, like I was just here last week and like there wasn't any break at all. Law school is a crazy thing.

I'm getting excited for Jonathan and Jessie's wedding next weekend. Hopefully it won't snow too much before then. I need to get gas in the morning before school just in case it decides to downpour snow round two (especially since I have to journey down to the airport to pick a certain someone up from their trip to the Natty = awesome game with a sad ending). I don't want to be stuck in a 3 hour drive from captiol hill to my house with the gas light on round two. THAT was a bummer. Hopefully this week goes by fast and I can look forward to another mini-break (can we say three-day-weekend?!) awesome!

goodnight for now.
